1. Delivery Area:
Currently, MAXIMO FURNITURE & ART LLC offers shipping within the United States. We do not ship to international destinations at this time.
2. Order Processing Time:
Your order processing time may vary depending on product and availability. Orders are normally processed within 1-5 business days after receiving payment confirmation. We will send you an email confirmation once your order has been processed and is ready to ship.
3. Shipping Options and Rates
We offer several shipping options to suit your needs:
Standard Shipping: Delivered within 3 to 7 business days. Shipping fee is calculated based on weight and delivery location.
Express Shipping: Delivered within 1 to 3 business days. Shipping fee is calculated based on weight and delivery location.
Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders to the state of Florida (conditions and restrictions apply). This shipping option may take 5-10 business days for delivery.
4. Shipping Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your shipment online.
5. Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct and complete shipping address when placing an order. Be sure to check and verify the address before completing your purchase. We cannot modify the shipping address once the order has been processed.
6. Failed Delivery
In the event that you cannot receive your order at the address provided, the carrier will make several delivery attempts. After several failed attempts, the order will be returned to MAXIMO FURNITURE & ART LLC and you will be charged an additional shipping fee to resend it.
